Scope Of Work
ALLWORLD is proud to facilitate the conversion of the old Sears Crosstown building into a vertical urban village, Crosstown Concourse.
AWPM provides construction administration, federal, state and local compliance, community engagement and workforce development coordination s. The $200 million project, which is both ly and ly funded, consists of the of a 1,500,000 sq. ft. facility into a vertical urban village including education, health and arts related partners and inhabitants. This village also features housing and retail.
