Our History

Founded in July of 2008 by two entrepreneurs, Shane Skinner and Jeremy Bergunder, RenCon Services Inc. started in a small rented office space located in Indianapolis, IN, and quickly became one of the area’s most sought after renovation and construction companies.  In 2013 we proudly earned the title, “11th Fastest-Growing Private Company in Indianapolis” by the Indianapolis Business Journal!

We built our new custom 5,000 square foot corporate headquarters in Pendleton, IN, and officially went live there in March 2012.  We also have an office in Dallas, TX, to help manage and support the Western half of the United States.

In addition to 40+ full-time employees, we have also partnered with a dedicated and diverse network of sub-contractors and vendors we can rely upon nationwide, allowing us to take care of all of your construction and maintenance needs no matter where you are located.  Other specialty services offered include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and facilities maintenance services.

We are fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in the Continental United States.
