Jeremy is originally from Northwest Indiana and has a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University Calumet. Construction was a family business, and Jeremy worked extensively with his father, Terry Bergunder, in a variety of roles with his company, TR Construction, during the years before and during college. After graduation he worked for a number of years in advertising/marketing with firms in Chicago and Indianapolis before taking a job as a Facility Technician with Starbucks Coffee Company. He quickly moved into a role as Facility Service Manager and was responsible for managing all aspects of facility repairs, maintenance, and renovation work for 100+ locations throughout Indiana and Southwest Ohio. Eventually Jeremy was promoted to Project Manager within the Store Development Department and managed major renovation projects and new store construction throughout the Mid-America Region.

In July of 2008, Jeremy and Shane followed their entrepreneurial dream of owning and operating their own business by starting RenCon Services Inc. The company is built on their solid foundation of hard work, honesty, integrity, and their uncompromising desire to always do what is best for their clients, employees, vendors, and other associates.

Lance Stephenson has been around construction since he was a child. From his father building their family home when he was five, to working for his uncle’s construction company when he was in high school, Lance has had an admiration for the construction process his entire life. Not only is he a graduate from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Management, he went a step further and received his Associates Degree in Architectural Technology.

Lance has a keen eye for detail and enjoys seeing his designs become reality. His proficiency with AutoCAD makes it possible to create any home, remodel, or room addition and let you see the final product. Lance has worked with two of the most respected custom home builders in Indianapolis, and then started his own construction company in 2007, so he has a wide variety of ideas and construction practices due to his interaction within the building community.

Shane has been in the retail / restaurant construction industry for over 14 years. He has helped lead RenCon Services to be one of the leading contractors in renovation and new construction. He is continually striving to create new relationships and broaden the horizon whether it be in the restaurant, retail, office, or medical arena. His core duties at RenCon include relationship development, marketing, delegating manpower to specific job sites, estimating and project management.

During his 4-year term of service in the Marine Corps, he was the senior non-commissioned officer over the tactical trucking division of Marine Corps Squadron MSSG 374. He reviewed dispatch logs and assigned personnel to certain tactical employments.

Claudio joined RenCon Services as a Project Manager and VP, overseeing expansion in our Dallas Office. He brings more than 28 years of practical experience in development, architecture and construction as a building professional to our team. Whether working as the Owner’s Representative, Manager or Contractor, Claudio has maintained a high standard for quality, detail and aesthetics for all projects entrusted to his control. He is a construction manager that has a broad range of knowledge and experience in all facets of construction nationally, as well as a solid background in architecture, project budgeting / estimating and management.

Claudio is active on many local boards and community charities where he has resided for the past 12 years in the Dallas, Texas area suburbs along with his wife and two daughters.
