Scope Of Work
This four-level pre-cast concrete structure accommodates 1,224 parking spaces. The project also included attached offices for the University's public safety department and parking spaces for food service staff. Site work included the removal of existing tennis courts, re-routing of Jack Vest Drive and construction of approximately 650 new surface parking spaces. Garage construction was primarily pre-cast concrete with masonry and steel frame for the non-parking areas. Exterior materials include concrete, brick and aluminum store front.
