Matt Dausch's Bio
Matt is the Director responsible for managing the rand* Austin office operations. He leads the team in business development, client service, and project administration. He is responsible for ensuring that each team has the necessary resources to complete the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Bob Milkovich's Bio
Bob is CEO of rand* construction, and is responsible for developing, leading and communicating the company’s short and long-term strategies. This includes oversight of all major operating businesses within rand*. He is responsible for creating and implementing the company’s vision, mission and culture.
Bob brings over thirty years of commercial real estate experience and leadership experience to his role at rand* construction. Prior to joining rand*, Bob was the CEO and Trustee of First Potomac Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT. Experiences include serving as the President of Spaulding & Slye Investments, a JLL wholly-owned private equity investment merger, as a Regional Director of Goldman Sachs, investing in all aspects of the capital structure in commercial real estate and leadership positions with CarrAmerica, a publicly traded office REIT and its predecessor, the Oliver Carr Company.
His vast knowledge of the industry and active participation in the community over the years has helped him to build deep relationships locally and nationally within the industry. He currently serves as a Director and Vice Chair Investment Committee for the University System of Maryland Foundation, overseeing the endowment. He also serves on the Membership Committee for The Economic Club of Washington, DC and was a past President of The Real Estate Group of Washington, DC.
Bob received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland where he attended on a full-scholarship and played varsity football. He is a native of the Washington, DC area, enjoys sporting events, cycling and attending live music performances.
Bryan Stolz's Bio
With 15 years of industry experience, Bryan has led project teams across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. He is responsible for a range of new construction, tenant fit-out, and building renovation projects. As an Office Lead, Bryan focuses on the strategic expansion and growth of the Atlanta office and the successful delivery of projects across all market segments.
For seven years, Bryan has been a key industry leader with rand*, responsible for the success of dozens of notable projects winning numerous Craftmanship and Excellence Awards, and holding valued client relationships; including Sidley Austin, Ropes & Gray, Finnegan, and Weil Gotshal & Manges.
Bryan is LEED AP BD + C accredited and has brought many innovative and unique projects such as The Summit Foundation to realization. Bryan is also U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management Certified. Originally from Colorado, Bryan holds a BSBA in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver. In his free time he enjoys playing music, traveling with his family, hiking, and all other outdoor activities.
Cullen Mcguire's Bio
Cullen is the Director of rand’s Denver office and oversees all business and project operations for the region. His significant experience in project management and focus on team building makes him an ideal leader within the organization as well as an executive liaison for client, design, and construction management teams. He provides strategic direction and operational management to the field and office team while communicating at an executive level with the client regarding project progress, on-site issues, priorities, and end-user concerns. He has delivered over $100 mm of award-winning interior construction for many of the top businesses in Denver, including Conga, JLL, Janus Henderson, and Sunrun.
Cullen graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and joined rand construction in 2005 as an Assistant Project Manager in the Washington, DC office. Cullen’s tenure as Director of the Denver office has produced an average annual year-over-year growth of just over 50%. Over the course of his career he has delivered dozens of award-winning corporate, tenant interiors, restaurant, hospitality, and institutional projects across multiple states, but is most proud of the best in class environment and team spirit he directs each day at the rand Denver office. Cullen enjoys spending time in the mountains in Colorado mountain biking, hiking and skiing.
Dave Fletcher's Bio
Dave is a Director of the Washington, DC Metro Office. During his 25 years at rand, he has risen through the operational ranks to lead the preconstruction group in Washington, DC and is now sharing ownership of the company. Dave’s experience in constructing high end challenging projects, managing complex cost structures, and advising clients on best practices to meet their objectives, has created a loyal and long-term customer base. Some of Dave’s past clients are: Headquarters projects for Volkswagen North America, The Washington Post, and Choice Hotels; Law Offices for; Sidley Austin, Clifford Chance, and Weil Gotshal; Broadcast facilities for China Central Television, WTOP, and CBS Radio.? Over the past 25 years Dave’s projects have won more than 75 awards for quality and craftsmanship.? He is active in the delivery of rand’s service in addition to leading efforts of new business creation.?
Dave holds a BA from the College of William & Mary and an MBA in Finance & Project Management from George Mason University.? He actively participates in local organizations such as the Washington Building Congress, NAIOP, and ALA. When Dave is not at rand he can be found coaching youth sports, working for his church or his children’s schools, or at a car show.?
David Childress's Bio
David is a Co-lead of the Alexandria office with over 14 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a very diverse background of construction experience including complex base-building projects, major renovations and a large portfolio of tenant work. Most recently he served as the Director of Interiors for Gilbane in the DC/Northern Virginia Office. His duties with rand include growing and expanding many aspects of our client base and subcontracting partners and helping senior leadership with technical challenges and business opportunities.
David received his BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and recently completed his MBA at Georgetown University. While managing the construction of the Virginia Tech Signature Engineering Building (Goodwin Hall) in Blacksburg, Virginia, David was honored as the College of Engineering’s Outstanding Young Alumni Award for his overall career accomplishments and contributions to the profession. David grew up in Columbia, SC and, enjoys going to concerts with his wife Stacie and their friends, playing golf, and bicycling around Alexandria on the weekends.
Fred Noblett's Bio
Fred is a Director in the Texas offices with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Fred provides leadership and oversight to all projects in the Texas region, from preconstruction through project delivery and close-out, all to the highest quality standards.
Fred possesses a diverse background of construction experience in all facets of the industry, holding leadership positions at prominent project development service groups in the industry such as CBRE in Central Texas, Colorado and North Texas, Jones Lang LaSalle in Dallas, Texas, and was formerly the Regional Vice President for Structure Tone Southwest. With his unique background, Fred provides support, direction and client-focused solutions while advancing relationships in numerous capacities.
Fred received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas. Over the course of his career, Fred has worked with many notable clients and consistently delivers award-winning corporate, tenant interiors, ground-up, and hospitality projects across multiple states.
Fred grew up in Dallas, Texas and, enjoys spending time with wife, Berkeley and his three children, playing golf, and visiting Lake LBJ.
Kurt Haglund's Bio
As Chief Operating Officer, Kurt applies his 30+ years of experience in business, architecture, construction, and real estate to rand*’s business growth and development. Kurt spends much of his time working with teams in all four of rand*’s offices ensuring that they are able to provide high quality service to our clients.
Linda Rabbitt's Bio
Linda Rabbitt founded rand* construction in 1989, and was one of very few female leaders in the industry at the time. She is still an active leader as Owner and Chief Executive Officer, and is responsible for setting the strategic vision for the entire organization. Linda provides executive direction, manages client services, and oversees all aspects of corporate and financial operations. Under her leadership, rand* has grown into one of the top general contractors in the DC metro area and has expanded on a national scale with licensure to perform construction services in over 26 states. Her knowledge of the industry and professional experience has enabled rand* to deliver award-winning work for a vast client base. With a focus on innovation, quality and customer service, Linda continues to be actively involved in the firm’s expansion and performance in all local markets, the cultivation of client relationships, and the management and oversight of company-wide strategic development.
Matt Dausch's Bio
Matt is the Regional Director for rand construction in the state of Texas. He oversees all business and project operations in the Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Houston markets. He founded and opened the Austin office in 2013 and has built over $100 mm of interior construction for many of Austin’s leading businesses including Reed Smith, Car2Go, Zebra, and Gensler.
He has a proven track record of delivering projects for clients and ensuring each team has the necessary resources to complete the project on time, within budget and at the highest quality.
Since moving to Austin in 2013, Matt has engaged heavily in several business, community and non-profit initiatives, including the Real Estate Council of Austin, the Austin Chamber of Commerce, and the Tributary League of the Colorado River Alliance.
Matt has built his passion for working within all aspects of construction management since graduating with a BS from Purdue University. Before joining rand in 2011, he founded a general contracting firm from the ground up and successfully sold the company. When Matt is not hard at work, you can find him on the lake, running, or cycling on his road bike through the Texas Hill Country and spending time with family and friends.
Mike Clough's Bio
Mike is responsible for overall project planning and staffing while providing technical direction and ensuring quality controls on all projects. He is a leader in safety and client management and oversees all field operations.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and brings 27 years of experience to his projects.
Tim Schmidt's Bio
As co-managing principal of the Washington, DC metro location, Tim is responsible for the successful project delivery for rand’s clients and the strategic growth of the office.?With over 20 years of diverse construction experience in the greater DC market, Tim is a proponent of highly collaborative partnerships with clients, team members, and providers, and is known for his passion of finding unique and creative solutions for any challenge.
Before moving into the role of co-managing principal, Tim managed many of rand’s most complex and challenging projects and has been a pivotal member of our tenant interiors project team responsible for dozens of craftsmanship awards.
Tim has extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry and holds LEED ID+C accreditation. He is active in several industry organizations including NAIOP, DCBIA, and DC Real Estate Group.
A Maryland native, Tim enjoys spending time on the Chesapeake Bay with his family and holds a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Cole Martinez's Bio
As the Project Executive managing the Dallas office, Cole Martinez is responsible for strategic growth, business development, and oversight of all client needs. He is involved from contract award through closeout on all projects, ensuring that each team has the necessary resources to complete every project on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
Cole is passionate about team building, both inside of rand* and project related, to produce consistent results that exceed expectations through a high level of collaboration.
Growing up around construction, Cole has always been building something. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with bachelor’s degrees in both Business Management and Real Estate, then joined rand* construction in 2010 as an Assistant Project Manager in the Washington, DC office. Since that time, he has worked on numerous award-winning projects, been an integral part developing and working with many long-standing client relationships and has helped grow rand’s national presence to new markets. During his free time, Cole enjoys playing golf, spending time at the beach, and entertaining family and friends.
