Scope Of Work
rand* was contracted to build out the Avalon’s new tenant interior space for furniture store Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams from core condition. Avalon is a new planned mixed-use development in Alpharetta consisting of over 500,000 sf of retail space in addition to residencies and Class A office space. Roughly 9,000 sf of space was built-out to house the furniture showcases of the national furniture chain. Construction elements include: drywall, MEP, hardwood and laminate flooring, specialty lighting packages, custom millwork, glass and glazing, and an extensive AV package.
