Dave is an excellent Contractor. He is primarily a Commercial contractor meaning that he is on time unless there are unavoidable delays, and that he has to be reminded of minor details, but nothing is left undone. Neighbors of mine wanted bids from him for the "30 day" garage he built for me. They haven't seen the interior work of an Office, Utility Room, and Pantry. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future, keeping an eye on those change order (inside joke). As I said, he's costly, but you get what you ay for.
