I have been using Security Systems of America for the security of our home for over 4 years now and have been very happy with their service. When we have accidentally set off the alarm (our Great Danes) they have called us within seconds. They have given us a fantastic sense of security knowing that they are always on the ball and on the job.

Our SSA security system was installed at our new home on Friday, June 23rd. Ron Thompson was our sales consultant. He provided the recommendations regarding what was needed for our home and was on-site for the installation. Darek handled the installation and arrived right on time. He consulted with us regarding placement of some of the monitoring devices in our home. He also assisted me in loading the Alarm.com app and completing the online set-up process. He also reviewed the new keypad functionality. Both Darek and Ron were very professional and helpful. Thanks.
After researching 4 different security systems, we settled on SSA. They gave us the best description of their services and offered us more for the money. After having a bad experience with the local installer for ADT and canceling them, we experienced what a truly professional installation should be. We feel very safe knowing our home is protected by SSA.
While I have only had SSA service for a few months, so far they have been excellent. When I called to set up my service, they were professional and accommodating to my schedule. The technician that came out to activate our system (existing and installed by previous HO) seemed a little perplexed by some settings but was committed to completing the task. The alarm.com iOS app capabilities are very nice and user friendly. So far so good!
SSA is a class act. I have been with guardian and others over the years and I never had an easier experience than working with SSA. The salesman was not pushy and the installation Tech was extremely courteous and thorough. We had a few minor issues (which is expected) but the technician worked through them and in a very timely fashion. I don't do these reviews very often but when I do it's well deserved.
I highly recommend SSA for anyone's security needs, the technician who came out to install are system was very friendly as well as very informative he explained everything he was doing and how everything worked. Another plus is the alarm.com app that they go through you can alarm and disarm alarm anywhere as well as check your cameras 24/7. We have had this system a little over a year and have only had one issue and that was due to a power outage on our end nothing with SSA but I called and they walked me through step by step on how to fix the issue with no waiting times. I wouldn't chose anyone else to protect our home!
They installed a full house (3 story) system during a major renovation. They perfectly coordinated with our GC with no issues. We just signed the contract and the alarm system was integrated into the construction plans. So far, about 6 months into owning the system, it works exactly as you would expect.
