Scope Of Work

The Grand Bohemian Hotel and Manor totals over 130,000 s.f. of luxury hotel space and underground parking areas. This Biltmore Village landmark, designed as a five-star facility, houses a restaurant, bar, grand ballroom, spa, and lounge areas. The architecture of The Bohemian is true to the surrounding historical district’s style and quality. It utilizes a cast-in-place concrete structure with a clay tile roof and 19th Century pebble stucco exterior skin.
