Founded in 1971, ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. has grown steadily to become a leading professional constructionorganization in the Metropolitan area.

With a full range of in-house capabilities and services, and strong relationships with a vast network of subcontractors, ECCO III has successfully completed numerous projects in the transportation, environmental, industrial and commercial arenas, with varying degrees of challenge and complexity. Every project in our portfolio has been completed on time and within budget, with environmental conservation and protection at the forefront of our company initiative.

ECCO III has established an excellent reputation for performance on New York metropolitan area marine, bridge, rail, highway, environmental and heavy construction contracts. Our experience, expertise, and superior resources make us equipped to manage fast-tracked, logistically complex projects, and to provide exceptional design-build services when necessary. With a systematic and methodical approach to work progress, operating procedures and execution of project objectives, we strive to consistently exceed the Project Owner's expectations and to accomplish the project scope, budget and schedule, with an emphasis on quality achievement.

We simplify the construction process and consistently meet our project Authority's deadlines, despite weather related delays or changes to the scope of work. ECCO III has a strong record of on-time completions, with a substantial percentage of our projects delivered early.
