Craig Kouri 's Bio
Craig Kouri was named Executive Vice President, Principal – Construction and Design of Becknell Industrial in January 2011. Craig joined Becknell in 2000 and has been the Company’s architect of record on more than 100 building projects across the United States. He is responsible for providing and overseeing architecture services, job cost estimating, bid review and project management.
A licensed architect in 30 states, Craig brings more than 17 years of experience designing large and complex industrial buildings. He offers a unique perspective to Becknell Industrial, handling all coordination with other project architects, engineers and construction managers. Prior to joining Becknell, Craig began his career in Atlanta, Ga., working for a small architecture firm that focused on retail, commercial and corporate office projects. He also spent two years in Toledo, Ohio, as an architect working on large institutional projects, including schools and university buildings.

Dan Fogarty's Bio
Dan Fogarty was named Executive Vice President - Development of Becknell Industrial in December 2018.
Mr. Fogarty joined the Becknell Industrial team in 2015 and is responsible for identifying, pursuing and directing new build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities across the U.S. In this capacity, Dan maintains a strong network with national and local brokerage firms and is responsible for directing all relationships with stakeholders involved in each project.
A 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Dan has extensive experience in acquisitions, leasing, asset management and ground-up development. Prior to joining Becknell Industrial, Dan served for eight years as Vice President and Market Officer at Conor Commercial Real Estate in Rosemont, Illinois, where he was charged with the management of all existing industrial and office projects within the Midwest, as well as identifying new investment opportunities. Prior to his tenure at Conor, he also worked as a Vice President at InSite Real Estate in Oakbrook, Illinois, and Director of Leasing at First Industrial Realty Trust in Chicago.

Daniel G. Harrington 's Bio
Daniel G. Harrington co-founded Becknell Industrial in 1990 and serves as Chief Executive Officer and President. Dan oversees the strategic direction of all aspects of the Company, including capital structuring, business development and property operations. He has created a full-service, vertically integrated business platform at Becknell that provides development, construction, leasing and property management services. Under Dan’s leadership, Becknell has grown from one build-to-suit warehouse for Nabisco to over 150 business distribution properties representing more than 20 million square feet, primarily for single tenant build-to-suit customers.
A 20-year real estate industry veteran, Dan’s development track record includes the development, construction and ownership of facilities in 32 states. He has been instrumental in the formation and ongoing management of key banking and institutional investor relationships, including multiple joint venture funds with an institutional partner.
Prior to joining Becknell Industrial, Dan served as a Partner at the law firm of Harrington and Tock, and currently serves as Becknell’s Corporate Counsel. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Fla. Dan is a member of the Champaign County and Illinois State Bar Associations and the Florida Bar Association, and is involved in a number of civic and community activities in Illinois and Florida.

Fritz Hartrich's Bio
Nelson (Fritz) Hartrich co-founded Becknell Industrial in 1990 and continues to serve as a valued team member, leveraging his construction experience to maintain the high quality of work for which the company is known. Mr. Hartrich’s long-standing relationship with Nabisco was instrumental in establishing Becknell as one of their preferred developers, and he’s continued to foster new business with Kraft Foods and other key customers.
With more than 50 years of construction experience, Nelson provides extensive knowledge in value engineering, cost savings and field expertise. He continues to be active with business development, cost estimating and oversight of the bidding and buyout process.
Nelson also volunteers his time at the Standing Tall Foundation, a non-profit scholarship fund that assists impoverished youth and their families in the Chicagoland area who do not have access to schools, offering children an environment where they can obtain a well-rounded education.

Joel Halverson joined the Becknell Industrial team in 2012 as Vice President of Asset Management. He is responsible for all aspects of properties located throughout the United States, including leasing, property management and budgets. He optimizes the value of more than 10 million square feet of properties through superior transaction and management execution.

Katrina Cupp's Bio
Katrina Cupp joined the Becknell Industrial team in 2015 as an Assistant Vice President of Investments. In this role, Katrina originates, manages and closes acquisitions of industrial buildings across the United States. She is also responsible for development and leasing of speculative projects, which drive the growth of the Company’s portfolio.
Katrina has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, acquisition, and disposition deal analysis and consultation, including analysis and management of build-to-suit, open book, and joint venture transactions. She is skilled at providing creative solutions that resolve deal objectives for both clients and investor. She has the ability to formulate, coordinate and implement long-term real estate management strategy.
Prior to joining Becknell Industrial, Katrina served as a Manager of Financial Analysis for Duke Realty Corporation, where she was responsible for providing development and investment transaction financial analysis to key decision makers and performed due diligence for potential development and investment transactions, including review of legal issues, construction terms, and evaluation of risk. She also collaborated with development teams to seek creative solutions to resolve client’s deal objectives by coordinating with construction and accounting to ensure proper allocation of costs and fees.
Katrina has completed all 10 courses required by Appraisal Institute for MAI designation, CCIM CI 101 and 102. She has served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the Community Montessori School and as a mentor for Starfish Initiative. She is actively involved in Habitat for Humanity builds and United Way Day of Caring.

Mark Shapland's Bio
Mark Shapland was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Becknell Industrial in January 2011. Mark joined Becknell in 2008 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Becknell’s real estate portfolio, including new leasing, build-to-suit projects, acquisitions and portfolio management. He provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure the Company has the proper operational controls and people in place to promote financial strength and operating efficiency.
Mark is focused on strategic planning for the future and collaborates with Becknell’s management team to establish initiatives, develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and people designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the Company. A 20-year banking and real estate industry veteran, Mark is widely recognized for his real estate investment expertise and key institutional investor relationships.
Prior to joining Becknell Industrial, Mark spent 17 years in commercial real estate lending. The last 11 years he served as Senior Vice President - Credit Administration with Park National Bank, a $4 billion Chicago-based bank.

Matt Cohoat 's Bio
Matt Cohoat was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Becknell Industrial in January 2011. Matt oversees strategic planning, corporate administration, risk management, human resources, IT and capital management. He is also responsible for all accounting and financial reporting functions, including property, construction and consolidation accounting systems and records.
A 30-year real estate industry veteran, Matt is widely recognized for his management of key banking and institutional investor relationships. Prior to joining Becknell Industrial, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Duke Realty Corporation, where he was employed for over 18 years. In addition, Matt also spent eight years as a Senior Manager at Ernst and Young.

Pete Anderson's Bio
Pete Anderson was named Executive Vice President, Principal - Investments of Becknell Industrial in January 2013. Pete joined the Becknell team in 2011 and currently oversees the Company’s property investment activities that are essential to the growth of Becknell’s portfolio. His focus is to identify acquisition and development opportunities that complement the Company’s existing assets and allow Becknell to foster new relationships.
With more than 20 years of commercial real estate and law experience, Pete’s skill set and market knowledge includes 15 years of direct acquisition, leasing and development experience throughout the Midwest, Southeast and East Coast. Prior to joining Becknell Industrial, Pete served for three years as a top 10 broker at Cassidy Turley in Indianapolis. He also spent more than 13 years at Duke Realty Corporation, where he held numerous positions relating to the acquisition, development and leasing of Duke’s industrial, office and medical office portfolio. During his tenure, Duke’s portfolio grew from five cities and approximately 15 million square feet to 14 cities and more than 100 million square feet.

Shona Bedwell 's Bio
Shona Bedwell was named Senior Vice President – Marketing and Corporate Communications of Becknell Industrial in January 2019.
Ms. Bedwell joined the Becknell team in 2011 and is responsible for all aspects of corporate marketing and communications including the development of all in-house marketing materials, graphic design, website, internal and external communications, budget and administration oversight, event management and community outreach.
In this capacity, Shona works closely with management and individual departments to support business development, existing account management, brand expansion, and client service excellence.
Prior to joining Becknell Industrial, Shona served as Assistant Vice President – Investor Relations for Duke Realty Corporation where she was responsible for managing the strategic planning, on-going development and coordination of all investor relation activities to broaden and increase the shareholder value and enhance the company image with the investment community. In addition to developing investor relations communications and serving as the primary point of contact for investor issues, she also developed overall investor relations policies and procedures.

John Hartrich's Bio
John Hartrich joined Becknell Industrial in 2003 and is responsible for managing the Company’s construction projects, of which he has directly managed 15. Mr. Hartrich’s primary responsibilities include directly overseeing all aspects of a construction project, including managing field supervisors ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget and meet the Company’s high quality standards.
A 30-year real estate construction veteran, John was previously employed by Eichleay Corporation, a heavy industrial construction firm located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During his
20-year tenure, he served as Project Superintendent and Project Site Manager overseeing the construction of multiple projects across the United States, including steel and paper mill, cement and environmental projects ranging from $4-80 million.
John is a graduate of the University of Illinois-Chicago where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is a Veteran of the U.S. Army and currently volunteers his time at his local parish.
