Woolard Attman Construction, Inc. was founded in 1992 by Loris Woolard, Scott Maness, and Wayne Attaway.  This management team represents over 75 years of experience in the commercial construction industry including retail, banking, automotive service, restaurant, office/warehouse and medical.  While our experience has varied we have consistently focused on a few core principles:  concentrate on projects which are in our areas of expertise; keep our company structure lean and responsive; and, generate repeat business by satisfying our clients’ building needs. 
 
Whether it is a small remodel that lasts two weeks or a 22,000 square foot fabrication facility which takes a year to complete, we apply the same methods.   From estimating through subcontractor and supplier solicitation, project management, and close- out, one of the company owners is always personally involved.   There is no layer of middle management.   Most importantly, our superintendents are a seasoned, highly experienced group of veterans who enjoy good working relationships with our clients.  They organize and coordinate the work, control the rate of construction, and enforce compliance with plans and specifications.  They are truly the ones who “make it happen”.

Woolard Attman Construction holds general contractor’s licenses in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.   We have completed hundreds of projects all over the Southeast and willingly go wherever our clients need us.
