Bryan Johnston's Bio
Bryan Johnston became a Director and Shareholder of the Company in February, 1999. Currently consulting in dispute resolution for corporations and public sector entities, Mr. Johnston has served Salem Oregon's Willamette University in a variety of capacities. From 1998 - 2002, he served as Dean of the Atkinson Graduate School of Management. He has also been Willamette's interim President, Associate Dean at the College of Law and Director of the Center for Dispute Resolution. Mr. Johnston has also practiced law privately and has served as an arbitrator, mediator and pro-tem judge. He has conducted seminars on negotiation and conflict management throughout the United States and for the United States Agency for International Development abroad. Mr. Johnston represented Salem in the Oregon Legislature for two terms. He and his wife Anne live in Salem with their four children.
David S. Glennie's Bio
David Glennie is President and a Director of Telos Development Co. (Telos). Mr. Glennie received his BA at the University of Oregon in 1975. He has been involved in real estate investment and development since 1977, and has been the sole owner and President of Glennie Property Investments, Inc. (GPI) since 1980. GPI has worked in retail development since 1982, including transactions with several northwest retailers such as PayLess Drug Stores (now Rite Aid), Safeway, United Grocers and Fred Meyer. GPI is also a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and provides management and consulting services to selected clients. Telos was formed in 1990 to purchase and develop primarily retail and office projects in smaller Oregon communities such as Prineville, Burns, and Silverton. In 1999, Telos expanded into the development of affordable housing with projects in Burns, Pendleton and Prineville. Mr. Glennie has served on several boards as a director, including Homestead Capital, formerly the Oregon Corporation for Affordable Housing, (1995-2002), Oregon Fir Supply, Co. (1998-present), Marion-Polk County Family YMCA (1989-2000), and the Oregon Municipal Bond Fund (1986-92). In addition, Mr. Glennie served a four-year term as a member of Salem’s City Council, from 1995-98. He and his wife reside in Salem with their two children.
James P. Kerr's Bio
James Kerr is the Vice President and a Director and Shareholder of the Telos Company. He is currently the Regional Manager for Wells Fargo Private Client Services in the State of Washington. Mr. Kerr's responsibilities include overseeing Private Banking, Brokerage, Investment Management and Trust. Mr. Kerr grew up in Eugene, Oregon and attended the University of Oregon. After college, Mr. Kerr began his financial services career when he joined Foster and Marshall as an investment broker in 1976. In 1982, Mr. Kerr joined Dain Bosworth as a broker and was appointed manager of the Seattle office in 1986. Mr. Kerr spent 17 years with Bosworth where he was promoted to Regional Manager, a position he held until leaving to join Ragen MacKenzie as their President in 1999. Mr. Kerr was the President of Ragen MacKenzie, until the regional brokerage firm was purchased by Wells Fargo in March of 2000. At that time, Mr. Kerr was appointed to his current role as Regional Manager of Private Client Services. He and his wife Leslie reside in Seattle, Washington with their two sons. Their hobbies include boating and golf. Kerr is also involved with several Seattle area community causes. He serves on the boards of Elderhealth Northwest, Boys and Girls Club of King County, Seattle Aquarium Society and the Seattle Police Foundation.
