Scope Of Work
In 1994, when Harney County was experiencing unemployment levels over 15%, Telos developed Steens Mountain Plaza. Anchored by Rite-Aid and McDonalds, the project offered 65 full or part-time jobs to the community. We currently have 7,200 square feet of retail space available for lease at competitive rates.

Telos has been active in the communities of Burns and Hines since purchasing property there in 1990. Telos currently owns over 70 acres of bare land, consisting of retail, residential and industrial zones.
