Scope Of Work

This 40 unit affordable housing project was designed to offer ample privacy to the tenants on the 2.85 acre site while creating a sense of community. The project (with seven residential buildings and one centrally located community building) has 6 one-bedroom units, 16 two-bedroom units, 16 three-bedroom units and 2 four-bedroom units. Full time resident managers are employed to coordinate onsite services between local service providers and the community. Individuals and families earning 30 to 60 percent of the area median family income enjoy the park-like setting of this complex, complete with a community building and a children’s play area. Ridgeview Commons was awarded an Excellence in Housing Award in 2004 from Housing and Community Services.
