Scope Of Work

Quail Court lies 130 miles east of Bend in the small rural town of Burns, Oregon. The families that live here enjoy a beautifully landscaped setting with ten separate residential buildings spread over a 3.8 acre site with a community building and separate children’s play area. This project was completed in 2000 and features units that have a private deck or patio facing the central courtyard. This 40 unit, Section 42 affordable housing project includes 10 one-bedroom units, 14 two-bedroom units, 12 three-bedroom units and 4 four-bedroom units. This complex targets individuals and families earning 30 to 60 percent of the area median family income.
