Scope Of Work
Shortly after its formation in 1990, Telos acquired an 18.8 acre commercial site in Prineville, Oregon. This site contains the Ochoco Plaza Shopping Center. Telos owns two retail buildings measuring 15,000 square feet that presently provide space for 10 retail tenants, including the Department of Motor Vehicles, Mail Boxes Etc. and several local merchants.
