Scope Of Work
The N.K. West Building in La Grande is currently under construction. This mixed-use project, scheduled for completion in spring of 2005, consists of 24 residential units and 5,400 square feet of retail/commercial space. This project will utilize much of the same quality design and construction of Goodwin Court in Pendleton with an exterior design that is complementary to La Grande’s historic downtown architecture.
