Scope Of Work
In 1995, Telos negotiated a 12-year lease with the State of Oregon’s Department of Human Resources to construct and lease an office building measuring 11,256 square feet adjacent to Ochoco Plaza shopping center.
Telos also owns an additional 1.8 acre commercially zoned site awaiting development and has rights to purchase an additional 1.4 acre site adjacent to the DHR Building.
