Scope Of Work
A highly sophisticated tenant improvement project on a full floor at Letterman Digital Arts Center overlooking views of the Presidio and Bay Bridge. The scope of work for this venture capital firm included exposed steel, wood and glass office fronts, eucalyptus millwork cathedral ceilings, wood panel walls, metal panel ceilings, pre-finished raised access floor tiles and new interior partitions throughout. The space also featured the addition of new Men’s & Women’s restrooms on the south end and a new structural loft area on the northeast side of the project to serve as a library.
