Scope Of Work
Silicon Valley Bank commissioned Skyline to build 3 office locations in Santa Clara, Palo Alto and San Francisco. Each location included high end finishes, wood accents, private offices and newly renovated break rooms. Their Santa Clara campus involved 238,000 sq. ft. completed 6 phases; Palo Alto was a 36,000 sq. ft. renovation completed in 2 phases and San Francisco was a 29,076 sq. ft. multi-floor tenant Improvement in a LEED Certified Gold building.
