Scope Of Work
Skyline worked on a series of renovations for the Olympic Club including upgrades to their Pro Shop, fitness center and women’s locker room. Their Pro Shop consisted on 5,000 sq. ft. of renovation expansion the sales area and add new finishes to the space in preparation for the 2012 US Open. Work included new cherry wood stained trim, aluminum clad entry doors with a stained finish on the interior, updated windows, restrooms with stone flooring, stucco, entry brickwork, and the construction of a painted redwood trellis along the featured elevation entrance. The fitness room renovation included minor non-structural demolition, new finishes, new lighting and upgraded MEP systems. The women’s locker room remodel includes new entrancing / exiting, new finishes throughout, including additional lavatories, new: showers, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, lockers, lighting and MEP systems. The President’s room, which is adjacent to the women’s locker room, has been converted to a lounge area with a new lavatory, office hoteling area and vertical lift.
