Scope Of Work
This project converted an an existing ground-floor office suite into a thriving restaurant retail space. Scope included exterior mechanical platforms to support new HVAC infrastructure including new heat pumps, a pollution control unit, condensing units and walk-in cooler equipment. New electrical power and gas upgrades were required to support kitchen equipment including the gas range, steam tables and refrigeration units. Coordination of life-safety system controls was key for new Ansul hoods and pollution-control units. The plumbing scope included new a restroom core, grease trap and a 600 gal. water heater. Specialized custom wood paneling and finishes were installed throughout. New epoxy flooring was included at prep areas with high-polished concrete floor at public server areas.
