Scope Of Work
This phased, 75,000 sq. ft. multi-floor project includes open and private offices, conference and huddle rooms, reception area, large catering kitchen and break area, as well as a satellite kitchen on the 22nd floor and custom CPT millwork and graphics package. Skyline joined the team during the design phase and provided VE and cost saving alternates as well as design/build MEP solutions.
