Scope Of Work
Skyline was brought on to the team during the design phase to provide value engineering and cost saving alternatives such as using the existing walls and infrastructure. Being included early in the design afforded time to get submittals on long-lead items like the wood ceilings and light fixtures in, so that there was no impact to the construction schedule. The office included a new reception area, break room and kitchen, restrooms, conference room and the construction of an exterior patio complete with wood pavers, steel guardrail extensions and an amazing view of the Bay Bridge.
