A.V. Tuchy Builders, Inc.

The company was established in 1956 by Anthony V. Tuchy providing corporate, industrial and real estate construction. The current ownership has been involved in the day-to-day management of the company for the last 30 years, continuing to provide exceptional service and commitment to quality, efficiency and integrity as one of the top construction companies in Fairfield County.

Over the years, the company has evolved from a large general contracting company, to a very efficient small projects construction company specializing in projects for diverse commercial industries, including corporate, retail, country clubs, banks, health care, churches and non-profit organizations, as well as high quality residential projects from new construction, to additions, and remodeling.

The current ownership, realizing that not every project is right for our company, has taken the approach of searching out projects that fit our strengths and build good relationships for repeat business. To assure that our clients receive the very best, we cap our work load to only what our current management team can handle. Our principals and staff bring over 100 cummulative years of experience to our projects.

As a member of the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce for over fifty years, ownership has supported many community endeavors, and in 2009, A.V. Tuchy Builders, Inc. was recognized with the Chamber's small business of the year award.
