Scope Of Work
Design and develop new programs for young people (ages 18-24) experiencing homelessness. The programs consist of combining experiential, culturally inclusive, aspiration-based, and self-development activities to build a solid foundation for success. THOR Consulting provides project management support to launch, monitor, and report program outcomes.
