D’Angelos leads THOR Development, with a focus on building client relationships and impacting emerging communities. He began his career working with renowned Full Spectrum founder Carleton Brown. He also worked for the Metro Council Partnership for Regional Opportunities and the Seward Neighborhood.

Damaris champions the creation of holistic and approachable spaces accessible to all. A Brazil native, she brings a strong multicultural and global perspective to her work as a U.S.-Registered Architect and LEED-accredited architect. She holds an NCARB certificate and is a graduate of the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Lea oversees a group that provides specialized services such as community engagement, workforce and supply chain diversity management programming and strategic long-range business development and real estate management services. She has served as president/CEO of the Minneapolis Black Chamber of Commerce.

Maurice oversees THOR Cos. financial systems as chief financial officer. A certified public accountant and experienced senior-level financial executive, CPA (Ina). Hudson served in executive roles at a variety of Twin Cities companies before joining THOR. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Hamline University.

Mike’s in-depth expertise in concrete construction has built THOR Construction’s reputation as a premier concrete contractor. In his 20+ years at THOR, Mike has overseen projects for high-profile clients in Las Vegas such as Tropicana, Caesar’s Palace, MGM, Disney, Regal Cinemas, Home Depot and Target Corp.

As Vice President, Sales of JIT Energy Services, Mike Menzel brings 20 years of experience and leadership in the energy services industry.  Mike has successfully developed long term customer relationships with commercial, industrial and multi-family organizations throughout North America and his team has been responsible for driving savings in excess of $100 million for their clients.

With his executive-level experience in developing and completing commercial real estate, single family and multi-unit housing construction projects, Pat leads THOR Construction - Midwest. He is responsible for heading specific project development and new business development arenas.

Ravi serves as CEO of THOR companies providing strategic leadership to the six THOR subsidiaries. Ravi joined THOR as CFO in 2005, and was promoted to CEO in 2009. Ravi leverages more than 19 years of corporate executive-level experience in areas such as strategic management, organizational development and commercial finance. Under Ravi’s leadership, THOR Companies has positioned itself to serve as a strategic real estate and construction partner for clients seeking innovative and sustainable solutions in the built environment.  He also has received and has been awarded a generous number of accolades, including being named as one of Minnesota’s Most Admired CEO’s of 2016 by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal.

Richard founded THOR Construction in 1980 with a handful of clients and a dream of building a national full-service construction company. THOR Companies today is lauded as one of the nation’s largest and most successful, African-American owned businesses – and it serves as a model of diversity inclusion.

With 12+ years of experience as project manager and project engineer, Art’s attention to detail and strong work ethic, helps to ensure success of every project he is a part of. Art has worked on a wide range of projects, from large sporting venues such as the $1.1 billion U.S. Bank Stadium to smaller remodels such as the $550K Target Store Remodel in Blaine, MN.

Kalynn brings a wealth of professional experience and skills to bear for THOR in areas such as budgeting, customer service, contractors, strategic planning, and team building. She oversees the development of a diverse staff of high-performing individuals, inspired by mission and measurable performance outcomes.

Martin captains THOR's Midwest Construction operations, overseeing the development and implementation of construction plans for the company’s ever-growing client base. Clients rely on his deep experience in the construction industry to provide innovative building expertise and first-team jobsite staffing capabilities.

Scott carries over 35 years of knowledge in the construction industry. He has had an opportunity to build almost anything an owner can dream up; from theme parks on the Las Vegas strip, to high-end restaurants for celebrity chefs, nightclubs, large arena’s and convention centers. He started his career as a union carpenter and worked his way up to a VP of Operations SW by consistently proving that his understanding of construction projects and how to make them successful is unparalleled.

Lisa performs the critical role of empowering the executive staff to move forward on plans to develop and grow the company, and to best serve our clients. Her courteous and professional approach to her job shines through in her interactions with fellow employees, in the Minneapolis and Las Vegas offices and throughout the country.

Pamela started at THOR in 2004 as a jobsite manager on the high profile MGM Grand Sky Lofts project in Las Vegas.  Pamela has overseen various aspects of the company’s growth spanning the spectrum from administrative clerk to Director of Cash Management.  Pamela’s amazing talents are superseded by the commitment of her dedicated team.
