Scope Of Work
THOR served as the general contractor to build out the 21,000 SF urban format retail store in the trendy Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis. Completed in September 2017, the urban format design is tailored to address the needs of local residents. The Lake Street location is anchored by five floors of apartments and offices and the retail store occupies the ground level of this bustling street with hip bars, restaurants and luxury apartments. The store is equipped with a grocery store, CVS Pharmacy and Starbucks providing a one stop shop experience for the young-professional market in the area. This is Target’s third urban format store in Minnesota.
