The client seeks to better understand the barriers to employment within the Minnesota Twin Cities metropolitan area. Recognizing the urgent need and huge opportunity to build an equitable community, Medtronic engaged Thor Consulting to conduct quantitative and qualitative studies to create a target market analysis to help Medtronic understand the barriers to employment affecting African Americans and Somali immigrants living in North Minneapolis and Cedar Riverside. Services include: planning, design, consumer engagement/recruitment, qualitative interviews, data analysis, and reporting. Project deliverables include written reports and recommendations to the client.
