Scope Of Work
Knight & Knight, LLC has recently opened Bonny Oaks at Riverside. This new development will provide the same atmosphere Riverside has for its residents and will also provide a community pool and co, club house, and common area. Bonny Oaks has 30 beautiful lots ranging in size from just under one acre to over three acres. Some are heavily wooded with hardwoods, while others have no trees. Four of the eight lake lots will be allowed to have docks.
