Breck Weingart is the Chairman of CPPI. He began his career with the company in 1983 after earning his Bachelor of Building Construction degree from the University of Florida in 1980. Mr. Weingart was prominently named Builder of the Year in 2001 and 2004 by the Builders Association of North Central Florida. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ameris Bank, the Executive Advisory Committee (Emeritus) of UF’s M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction and Santa Fe College -Endowment Foundation Board of Directors. In 2008, Breck was inducted into the Construction Hall of Fame at the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction.

Brian Leslie is the President of Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI). He previously served as COO of CPPI and Vice President and Principal of Charles Perry Construction, Inc., which he joined in 1993 upon graduation from the Building Construction program at the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction. Leslie’s community leadership includes previous service on the Board of Directors for the Builders Association of North Central Florida, for which he served as President, Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Public Policy Chair. He is currently serving on the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the board of the Chambers Gainesville Regional Business – PC, Inc., Gainesville Regional Airport (GACRAA) Board of Directors and Tyler’s Hope Board of Directors.

As Vice President and Regional Manager, Jason Morgan manages the Orlando branch office for Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI). After graduating with honors from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker School of Building in 1994, he worked for an ENR top 10 firm before joining Charles Perry Partners in 2003 (previously Charles Perry ). He is actively involved in the Orlando Health Foundation and sits on the Student Advisory Board for Valencia State College.

John V. Carlson is a Principal of CPPI. He previously served as CEO of CPPI and President of PPI Construction Management, Inc. from 1997 through 2011. Carlson was formerly Director of Facilities Planning at the University of Florida, and Director of Educational Facilities for the Barton Malow Co., a national construction management firm. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Design and Planning from Iowa State University. His many business, civic and community leadership roles include Chair of the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Chair of the Council of Economic Outreach, Chair of the 2015 American Heart Association of North Central Florida Heart Walk, as well as former Chair of the Alachua County Planning Commission and the Gainesville Housing Authority. He has served on the Wells Fargo Bank Board of Advisors and numerous not for profit boards.

Matt Webster is Executive Vice President of CPPI and has been with the company since 1999. In addition to being a graduate of the University of Florida’s Building program, he is a distinguished military graduate. He has been involved with the Builders Association of North Central Florida since 2002 and served as President in 2012. Matt has been involved with Rebuild Together North Central Florida, Habitat for Humanity and Santa Fe College Apprenticeship Program. He has served on the Business Community Coalition board for three years. He graduated from Leadership Gainesville Class 35 and is a member of the Leadership Gainesville Alumni Association. In addition, Matt recently served as Mentor to the LG-43 class. Additionally, he is a board member for the Community Foundation of North Central Florida.

Vinnie Moreschi serves as Vice President of Charles Perry Partners, Inc.’s (CPPI) Healthcare Division. He has been with the company since 1996. Vinnie completed his Master of Building in 2006 at the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker School of Building after obtaining Bachelor’s Degrees in Building and Civil Engineering in 1994 from Virginia Tech. Mr. Moreschi has served on the Board of Directors for the Builders Association of North Central Florida, for which he served as President in 2014, as well as serving as board member of the Business Community Coalition, a Rebuild Together North Central Florida volunteer, American Heart Association Executive Committee member, a graduate of Leadership Gainesville Class 36, a member of the Catholic Youth Sports Board of Directors, and a Junior Achievement volunteer. He was named Builder of the Year in 2009 and 2015 by the Builders Association of North Central Florida.
