John is a Certified Construction Manager with over 24 years of hands-on experience in residential, industrial and commercial construction and he possess technical knowledge of all phases of construction. He excels at working as a team member to achieve goals set by company standards, while conforming to building plans, specifications, costs and schedules. John's credentials include Advanced Estimating and Construction Management Certificates from Colorado State University. He is recognized for excellent technical skills and leadership abilities.

Phil is a self-driven professional with over 25 years of experience in a multi-project environment. He contributes to the successful achievement of the organization's mission and strategic initiatives by providing leadership, oversight, evaluation and direction for the operational performance of FCBI. Phil's background includes every aspect of a construction organization -- Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator and Director of Operations. He leads the company culture with the belief that doing the right thing and work for prevention are the only options.

William “Rocky” Hollingsworth enlisted in the Army in 1973.  He obtained his initial certification in biomedical electronic and x-ray equipment at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, and performed duties pertaining to his field of expertise at Fort Gordon, GA until 1977. During his term of duty, Rocky helped to open the Dwight D Eisenhower Medical Center at Fort Gordon.

After serving his country, Rocky took an interest in construction, and became a member of the Colorado Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship in Denver until 1986, when he established Foothills Commercial Builders. 

As President and CEO, Rocky provides the guidance that is crucial for maintaining a firm’s consistent growth, while Foothills’ long standing success is reflective of his leadership, creativity, and intuitive knowledge of construction. His experience and integrity allows the company to work with the very best architects, consultants, equipment vendors, and financial institutions in the region.

Rocky’s outside interests include snow skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, and philanthropy by way of various fund raising programs. Rocky strongly believes in a sense of community beyond the company doors, and cultivates team spirit within, which is the central focus of the company’s culture.

Bennett joined Foothills as Project Manager who brings a solid background in construction, including a M.S. in Construction Management. His research expertise includes Colorado Construction Law and prototypical design in commercial construction. His diverse project background includes CM and CM at Risk, as well as retail, healthcare, hotel, warehouse, manufacturing facilities and temporary housing construction. Bennett’s approach is to provide construction and service excellence.

Trevor has over 15 years of experience estimating Healthcare, Residential, K-12 Schools and Colleges, Medical Buildings, Retail, Core and Shell, TI, Local Government/Industrial, Fire Stations, and Resorts/Mountain projects. His experience includes client/owner/architect interface, supervision and management and infrastructure development. He values meeting deadlines, and is excellent in communicating with clients/owners and architects to increase efficiency and productivity.

Barclay is a Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in construction management. He excels at project cost control, schedule management and teamwork effectiveness with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors. He is a proponent of energy efficiency and is an accredited LEED Green Associate. Barclay has design-build experience with architects and engineers. He ensures that the quality of work is delivered to our clients as promised.
 

MJ helps oversee the daily management, coordination, supervision and successful completion of projects. Her background includes assisting in site inspections, close-out, change orders and customer service. Her commitment to vendor and client communications, plus her professionalism and resourcefulness, ensures projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in estimating, budgeting, supervision and project management and he also holds a Master Builder degree. Scott has overseen the successful construction of a wide variety of projects including ground-up projects, large-scale projects, extensive renovations and concrete tilt-up construction. He has direct experience interfacing with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors. Scott adheres to Foothills’ highest standards and our clients’ specific goals.

Tera has extensive experience working in accounting for construction companies including accounts payable/receivable, payroll and benefits. She is responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, assists with the preparation of reviews for financial reports in cooperation with the company’s CPA firm. Tera is involved with the management of day-to-day operations of the office personnel including the accounting department.
