In 1998, following the unfortunate death of RCC’s Founder, Richard Raphael, his wife Beverly Raphael assumed the helm as President/CEO and along with Partner/EVP Rick Rhodes, grew the company to its current standing as a nationally respected commercial General Contractor with expertise in restaurant, retail and hospitality construction.
