Scope Of Work
The Sandy Spring Friends School project is multiple phased construction including a 22,000 square foot Athletic Center, a 30,800 Performing Arts Center, a 25,000 square foot Middle School and the complete renovation of the Lower School and Campus Dining Hall. The Athletic Building includes a gymnasium, fitness center, trainer’s room, offices and a multi-purpose room. A second phase will include additional locker rooms and a swimming pool. The Middle School includes classrooms and science, art, music and computer facilities. The Performing Arts Building houses the school’s departments of Music, Drama, and Dance as well as the main theater which features 383 seats, a proscenium stage and fly loft.
