Scope Of Work
The first Police Station built in Montgomery County, MD in 25 years, the 3rd District Police Station is a LEED Silver 32,000 sf facility with a detached motorcycle garage and fuel station. The interior consists of offices, work spaces, training rooms, fitness room, locker rooms and prisoner processing/detention area. This project incorporates a green roof and extensive site storm water management biofiltration facilities
