PRECONSTRUCTION
Preconstruction is beneficial to maintaining established costs and estimated time needs. Preconstruction services include: budgeting and scheduling, phasing analysis, value engineering, constructability reviews, GMP preparation, life cycle cost analysis, and LEED review and analysis.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
In 1989, Dustin completed its first project utilizing the construction management delivery method. Since then, we have continuously refined our approach to this delivery method. From commencement to completion of each project, we manage all aspects of the planning and execution stages of construction and represent the best interests of our clients.
