I hired Mr Rosales to build a 2 story addition on my house; to be completed in July . I had to terminate Mr Rosales in November, because he still had not completed my project from the July deadline. He was contracted for a bid amount that determined my loan from the bank. He signed contracts that stated the terms of payment and work expectation. Mr Rosales failed to meet any terms of the contract agreement. He would not show up to work when requested after several text and emails. He would not work unless I paid him for work not completed violating terms of contract. He has left trash in my yard for 6 months and stated I have to understand that my residence is a construction site. After the foundation was poured, he told the cement truck to pour the leftover cement in my yard and has not removed it to this date. Due to not properly weatherproofing my property, it rained and the roof collapsed on my son. I called Mr Rosales and told him that the roof hit my son in the head and the insulation from the attic was causing my family to cough. Mr Rosales stated that the roof collapsing was my fault and he would be out tomorrow to look at. These are just a few of the many contract violations. Although I have a signed contract, stating terms, Mr Rosales refused to follow them.
