Advanced Engineering, Contracting & Inspections is a multi-service building inspection and consulting company primarily serving Brevard, Indian River and Volusia Counties since 2003.  Our team of trusted, highly experienced and knowledgeable inspectors have performed thousands of home and commercial building inspections for real estate transactions, insurance needs, roof leaks or structural damage, settlement inspections, mold, and much more.

Our General Contractor and Engineer are also available for independent consulting, foundation inspections including manufactured homes, and condominium reserve studies.

A.E.C.I. was the first company in our area to use an infrared camera as part of the inspection process to help identify roof and plumbing leaks, water intrusion from old stucco exteriors or old windows, electrical hazards and insufficient insulation.  We have inspected many homes and commercial buildings including the NASA Vehicle Assembly Building, facilities at Patrick Air Force Base, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and United Launch Alliance.  We have also used infrared imaging to inspect equipment in manufacturing facilities identifying problems before machinery breaks down or is damaged causing a halt in production and loss of income for a company.

For commercial work, A.E.C.I. serves all of Florida and the Southeastern United States and has also traveled to the Bahamas.

Our training and certifications allow for mold inspections and testing, FHA inspections, energy audits using blower door testing, plumbing leak detection, and more.

Our inspectors have a good understanding of building forensics and we have good relationships with a network of trade specific contractors that we can refer for repairs or other work as needed.

Our company likes to stay involved in the local business community and has worked hard over the years to develop and maintain good professional relationships with area Realtors, insurance agents, property managers and other trade specialty contractors.  We have also donated annually to the Brevard Children in Need organization, the Central Brevard Humane Society, the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Military Affairs Council to support active duty personnel in our County and some of the local schools.
