Incorporated in 1992, our primary industry is General Construction with the focus mainly on Government projects. Our expertise is in Industrial, Commercial, Marine, and Residential Construction. We have completed over $150 million in construction projects.
C & D Construction is a Certified Minority Business Enterprise (Native American) by the State of Florida Office of Supplier Diversity.
Our company is capable of bonding projects up to $25 million single project and $50 million aggregate.

Our main office is located in Cocoa, Florida, 1.5 miles east of Interstate 95 on Range Road. Our complex includes a 25,000 square-foot warehouse with off-site storage capacity, and the facility to perform sheet metal work and finish carpentry. The building sits on 8 acres of land utilized to store material and equipment. C & D Construction has maintained the same core workforce, including office personnel and field supervisors, for over 20 years. All our employees are JLA Certified (Jessica Lunsford Act).
