HUD Assisted housing. Oversee 3 Senior Citizen HUD assisted properties in addition to managing my own Senior Citizen HUD assisted property. Assist property managers and staff to operate the asset. Annual site based budgeting of my own property plus oversee & overhaul budgets of my other properties to be approved by HUD. Bimonthly Area reports, Regional Manager Reviews of properties (Safety audits, review of company policies and procedures, Premises audits, File audits). Assist with REAC inspections, process invoices directly to AP. Reinforce with staff government regulations and fair housing.

As Property Manager of a 96-unit affordable housing community I am responsible for all aspects of daily operations including handling all stages of leasing from applicant screening to annual recertifications, maintaining compliance across multiple programs with ongoing education and training, overseeing all staff in multiple departments beginning with hiring and orientation, ensuring resident retention by resolving complaints, collecting rent including the issuance of legal late notices, vouchering accounts payable for approval and payment, negotiating and supervising all maintenance contracts, following up on resident service requests, and more as delegated by Regional Manager.
