Beyond Design Contracting LLC

Beyond Design Contracting is a Florida State Certified General Contractor with offices located on the Gulf Coast in Sarasota, Florida. We provide new construction, design-build, renovation, and remodeling services for commercial and residential projects. Our portfolio of commercial projects includes office, retail, metal & warehouse buildings, animal facilities, and restaurants. Residential projects range from remodels to custom homes to condominium development.    

Beyond Design has a long history of working with architects, brokers, property managers, developers, and individual clients in the early stages of negotiations and conceptual ideas. We provide budget numbers to determine if site conditions work with the projected business plans and allow all parties to get to know Beyond Design before making any contractual commitment. We have an extensive background in restaurant systems and construction, having built numerous establishments both locally and nationally.   

Beyond Design provides an AIA 305 Document - Contractor Qualification Statement upon request.
