Anthony Accardi's Bio
Accardi serves as a Vice President and Director of the Eastern Region of the United States for MWH Constructors. With over 25 years of experience in the design and construction of wet infrastructure projects, he has been responsible for all aspects of project execution for complex water and wastewater treatment project, pump stations, pipelines and tunneling projects. He has delivered projects using all project delivery methods which include CMAR , Design Build, CM and hard bid. Anthony applies strong technical knowledge and a TEAM attitude, to successfully lead project teams to meet client goals and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Blair M. Lavoie, PE's Bio
A registered Professional Engineer and General Contractor, Lavoie is President and CEO of MWH Constructors, a top-tier, global construction company in the water and wastewater industry. Lavoie also provides direction and leadership to Slayden in the United States and MWH Treatment in the United Kingdom. Lavoie graduated from Harvard’s Advanced Management Program and Norwich University. He has been instrumental in shaping the construction industry’s adoption of alternative project delivery models, such as progressive design-build and CMAR.
Chip LaBonte's Bio
LaBonte is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the U.S. operations for MWH Constructors and also serves as Senior Vice President. He has devoted the majority of his career to managing water and wastewater projects where his responsibilities included self-perform, CMAR and design-build operations of approximately $350 million to $450 million annually, with associated safety, estimating, equipment and craft development functions. LaBonte has 25 years of experience in the industry and played a major role in developing and executing strategic plans to grow water and wastewater revenues.

Having over 30 years of experience in all types of industrial, mining, public and private sector construction along with overseeing a number of U.S. Water programs, regions and departments, Garner has a proven history of assembling high-functioning teams and implementing winning business development growth strategies.
John Cevaal, PE's Bio
Cevaal is a Professional Engineer and a Senior Vice President with MWH Constructors. With more than 30 years of experience in the water sector, he has been responsible for all aspects of project execution on a wide range of project types, from complex water and wastewater projects to capital construction services and facilities programs for global industrial clients. Having overseen work in China, Australia, Japan, Israel, Canada and the United States, he has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of integrated program management.

Haarmann serves as a Vice President and Director of the Western Region of the United States for MWH Constructors. He is a seasoned water and wastewater professional with more than 24 years of experience in providing a full range of construction services to a broad change of clients. His extensive experience with alternate project delivery methods includes hard bid, design-build and CMAR of which he provided oversight as project executive or project manager on more than $1.5B of water/wastewater CMAR projects. Haarmann has served as project director, preconstruction manager, and project manager.

He is a natural leader with over 30 years’ experience in the UK’s Utility Sector. With a strong focus on operational excellence, he has worked collaboratively with major clients and partners to deliver value focused business outcomes. Bresnan is responsible for setting and driving the health, safety and well-being agenda, leading the strategic planning process, and has financial accountability for over 1,200 employees, with a business revenue of $350 million per annum. Possessing excellent communication skills enables him to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders across the UK.
Philip R. Croessmann, J.D.'s Bio
Croessmann is a Senior Vice President and the Global Director of Risk Management for MWH Constructors. In addition to being a licensed Attorney, Croessmann is a Registered Architect and General Building Contractor with more than 30 years of experience providing risk, commercial and claims management services. He is active in the American Bar Association’s Construction Forum. He also served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is actively involved in alternative dispute resolution.

Rowley serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for MWH Constructors and is responsible for providing high-level consultation and implementation of MWH Constructors’ HR initiatives. She has been with MWH since 2005 and has over 19 years of experience in executing human resources strategies in alignment with operations and business objectives both in the US and internationally. Rowley began her career at MWH Constructors as the HR Director and VP for nearly seven years before transferring into MWH Global to lead the global HR operations. She received an MBA from Colorado State University and a BA in Business Administration from University of Colorado at Denver.

Aieta is a Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Business Development for MWH Constructors. Over his more than 30-year career, he has been responsible for the safe and economic delivery of water-related projects in the municipal, industrial, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and mining market sectors worldwide. He is a recognized expert in water treatment process engineering and has been involved in the design of over 50 water, wastewater and water reuse treatment plants worldwide, in capacities up to two billion gallons per day, and over 160 pilot plant evaluations and demonstration projects.
