Since starting my career in 1988, I have thoroughly understood my role as a Land Surveyor through the experiences and relationships I have built with Civil Engineers, Real Estate professionals, Attorneys, and Developers. I opened Sight On Solutions Land Surveying in January 2009 in a rough economy to offer Responsive Land Surveying services, being Thorough and Accurate on the projects we are trusted with. We have been fortunate to be involved on many high-profile properties including the infamous Cabrini Green property in Chicago, the historic Carson Pirie Scott building downtown and property in the rough neighborhood at 76th & Ashland in Chicago for well known clients like Target and Wal-Mart.

Our Specialties include detailed review of plats and title documents for complex properties having long and cloudy chain of title. The preparation of comprehensive ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys and Topographic Surveys are a specialty which is not easily matched by our competitors.
