Mr. Vossler, a University of Florida graduate, has over 27 years of experience in the local construction industry, including estimating, project management, site supervision, procurement of new work, and operations management. The types of projects he has overseen and managed encompass mixed-use, commercial, multi-family residential, governmental, educational, retail, and health care. He has served in prominent roles at business associations, has been a guest speaker at universities and leadership development groups, and has volunteered in numerous charitable outreach activities.He served as the 2009 Chairman of the Board of Associated Builders and Contractors – Metro Washington Chapter, and also served as the 2010 Chairman of the Board of CraftMasters Training Trust. Mr. Vossler maintains great relationships with Subcontractors, Owners, and Architects.

Mr. Vossler’s responsibilities include overseeing the operations team during construction through project close-out, serving as a liaison to the Owner for issue resolution, acting as a resource to the team, subcontractor relationship management, and ensuring the successful completion of the project from start to finish.

A graduate of Kansas State with honors in the field of civil engineering, Rob has vast experienced in multi-family (concrete, hybrid and wood frame), building repositioning, base building, office, cultural and data center projects. He is responsible for cost proposals from conceptual budgets to hard bids, leading training sessions, selecting subcontractors, managing and organizing the estimating and proposal preparation process, developing strategic alliances with key subcontractors. He is adept at finding advantages during competitive bids and bringing the best value for negotiated proposals and will work with owners to value engineer projects to budget. He will work with operations during final owner contract negotiations and assist with purchasing subcontracts.

Ms. Mararac has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the company’s public relations, marketing and corporate branding programs. Such as media relations, community relations, internal corporate communications along with personal and corporate industry association interaction. She is responsible for managing the marketing department and the content it delivers and ensures the brand message is consistent, timely, and relevant.

Paula has chaired, participated and acted as the association liaison to several committees for the Associated Builders and Contractors of Metro Washington.  She was chosen by ABC National as the Region 5 Membership Director Representative and participated on its AQC Accredited Quality Contractor Committee.  She is also a platinum graduate of the 2010-2011 Leadership Development Program. She is member of SMPS DC and is a part of the Maize & Blue faithful.
