Scope Of Work
Briohn designed and constructed this 9,100 SF ground-up bank branch as a part of the Brookfield Marketplace shopping center, also a Briohn design/build project. Park Bank is a Milwaukee based banking institution celebrating its 100th year in 2015. Due to the fact the project site abuts a residential neighborhood, careful consideration in both planning and construction was used to cause the least amount of disruption to the neighbors. The exterior of the building was designed to complement the other buildings in the center and express the Park Bank brand, while the interior design features:

Unique tri-level ceiling design
