West Reach Construction Company, Inc. was in July 1987 by Helen M Churchill. The newly formed owned business employed 3-4 people. This team continued until 1992. Helen sold and transferred ownership to her daughter Kerry Churchill Hainsey who became sole owner and president of West Reach Construction Company, Inc.
