Fonda has managed Blue Northern Builders’ human resources department and insurance division since the company’s incorporation in 2002. Her years of experience in customer service honed her eye for detail and instilled an appreciation of the client’s perspective.

With over 35 years of experience in the field of construction, Fonda understands the importance of creating a solid team of talented individuals. She believes mutual trust and respect are critical when building something that will last.

Marc is a fourth-generation general contractor with a passion for building. Getting his start in construction in 1972, Marc has earned expertise in virtually every aspect of the industry—from concrete to construction management.

Marc’s enthusiasm for building positive relationships with clients and helping them realize their dreams is deeply ingrained in our company culture.

Having grown up in the family business, Morgan has been involved in the construction industry all his life. He officially joined the Blue Northern Builders team in 2004 after receiving his bachelor of science in civil engineering.

As chief operating officer, Morgan works closely with our clients, project superintendents, and foremen to ensure the construction process flows smoothly. He oversees the management of our projects, from the signing of contracts to the completed punch list

Monte has over 23 years of professional estimating, project management, superintendent, and carpentry experience. An accomplished estimator, Monte is responsible for timely and accurate bid and budget development for all types of commercial construction projects.

Monte also works closely with our clients to deliver critical preconstruction services and serves as a project manager for our larger projects.

Casey grew up working in the construction industry alongside his dad, Marc Davis. He joined the Blue Northern Builders team straight out of college and has been with the company for over 10 years.

Starting as a metal stud framer, Casey soon demonstrated a knack for conceptualizing challenging designs. Today, he supervises many of our most complex projects, including state-of-the-art dental offices, medical offices, and surgery centers.

Heather has been an official member of the Blue Northern Builders team since 2007, but her involvement with the company goes back further, as she grew up in the family business.

Like the rest of the Davis family, Heather has a passion for building quality projects, which she carries into every aspect of her role with the company. As a project manager, Heather works closely with subcontractors and our project management team as she handles the sub contracts, change orders, insurance, scheduling, and more.

As office manager, Lynda ensures that our office runs smoothly and all departments stay on task. She is involved in many aspects of the company, including the safety program, customer service, and events and promotions.

With over 25 years of customer service experience, Lynda excels at keeping the line of communication with our clients open as projects move from phase to phase.

Catherine joined Blue Northern Builders in April 2013 as our controller, managing all day-to-day accounting and finance functions for the organization. She received her MBA from St. Mary’s College of California.

During her 15+ years in the construction industry, Catherine has performed a wide variety of management-level accounting and finance roles. She is dedicated to ensuring accurate, transparent financial information and adhering to sound ethical business practices.
