Having both been carpenters of good reputation in the community, by 1984 it was a natural evolution for Bill Reinhart and Todd Rusk to combine talents to form the company of Reinhart & Rusk. The mutual goal of taking a personal “hands-on” attitude to assure quality control in the housing market has not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by numerous awards. However, the greatest satisfaction for us continues to be in our reputation as one of the finest custom home builders in the Pocono region. This has produced a client base in which referrals make up the greatest percentage of the homes we build. Since Bill’s retirement, Todd continues to maintain the high standards that are the foundation of our company.
