Brian Mahoney is the Majority Partner of EOC and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Mathematics & Mechanical Engineering.  Mr. Mahoney also holds a MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.  He actively overseas Federal Government interfacing while advising our corporate team on effective contracting practices. His diversified contracting experience promotes successful decision making processes within the firm.  Mr. Mahoney recently returned from serving in Afghanistan as an Intelligence Officer for the Army Reserves.  During this deployment he received the Bronze Star and was promoted to Captain.

Jim Ham is a veteran construction manager with over 30 years in the construction industry.  He has a diverse background including single family home construction, commercial renovation and new construction for the private sector, Department of Defense, GSA and the Department of Veteran Affairs.

John Winnenberg achieved Magna Cum Laude honors upon graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University. Majoring in Fine Arts with a concentration in Interior , he went on to work in the business before moving onto to various positions within the textile industry at Beaulieu of America.

Moving further into the business he opened and owned Cabinetry Concepts, a Cabinetry and Floor Covering company focusing on installations within the new market.

Upon the successful sale of that business, he opened another Floor Covering business focusing on the and sales and installation of Floor Covering and Cabinetry. This current business is named Spectrum Floor Covering and is also located in Cartersville Georgia.

John is the Chief Operating Officer of Elements of where he brings a wealth of business knowledge and project skills to the organization. His focus is on sales and contract negotiations with team leadership objectives within the operation. Tasks to be accomplish range from RFP appropriateness to daily operational tactics. John is currently taking classes at Georgia Tech. focusing on interfacing and contracting with the Federal Government. John is committed to project details that in turn promote quality, on time and budget completion and job site safety.
